Role Description
We are hiring a full-time, on-site Event Operations Crew Member based in King, NC. This role involves assisting with the delivery, setup, anchoring, dismantling, and cleaning of commercial-grade inflatables and related event equipment. Responsibilities include thorough safety walkthroughs with customers, maintaining equipment cleanliness, and ensuring all event activities are conducted safely. Additional tasks may include assisting with loading/unloading vehicles, adhering to event schedules, and representing the company professionally when interacting with clients.
Qualifications
- Experience with event setup, teardown, and equipment management
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment safely
- Attention to detail, particularly regarding safety compliance and cleaning
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Dependability, punctuality, and ability to work weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in events, logistics, or entertainment is a plus
