Clinical Manager - Registered Nurse

Position Overview

Foothill Pregnancy Center is seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Registered Nurse (RN) Manager to lead and oversee our medical services. This role supports women, men, and families facing pregnancy decisions by providing high-quality care in a Christ-centered environment. This is a part-time (20 hours/week) leadership position responsible for clinical oversight, staff support, and ensuring excellence in patient care.

This position plays a vital role in fulfilling the Christian mission of Foothill Pregnancy Center—offering hope, truth, and life-affirming care.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Leadership & Management
• Oversee medical operations and patient care standards
• Maintain policies, procedures, and compliance (HIPAA, OSHA)
• Manage equipment, supplies, and quality improvement
• Patient Care Oversight
• Provide and supervise pregnancy testing and client assessments
• Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up care
• Perform or oversee limited OB ultrasounds (training available)
• Staff & Volunteer Leadership
• Recruit, train, and supervise medical staff and volunteers
• Provide coaching and foster a mission-focused team culture
• Ministry & Mission Integration
• Model Christian values and provide spiritual leadership
• Serve as an ambassador of the center in the community

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (State of California REQUIRED)
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience preferred
• Alignment with pro-life mission and Christian values
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Women’s health or pregnancy care experience preferred

Schedule & Compensation

Part-Time: 20 hours per week
Flexible schedule
Compensation based on experience
