Foothill Farms Veterinary Hospital is growing, and we are excited to welcome a skilled Registered Veterinary Technician to our team as RVT Supervisor! This is a hands-on position, focused on managing daily workflow, delegating tasks, ensuring coverage for breaks, and supporting patient care across appointments, procedures, and emergencies as needed. You will play an important role in staff development, updating and creating new SOPs, and helping to oversee tasks like inventory and ordering.

Schedule:
This is a full-time position, with 8 hour shifts scheduled Tuesday through Saturday, typically from 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm
Full-time benefits and compensation**:
Compensation: $30-35 per hour, for each hour worked*
Bonus package: $2000
CE allowance: up to $1,000 annually based on tenure

Competitive PTO Policy: Vacation accrual starting at 87 hours per year (based on full-time hours worked), plus CA paid sick leave

Minimum qualifications and skill set:
Current Registered Veterinary Technician license in the state of California
5 years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting
Experience with creating SOPs and training materials
Experience with mentorship and training
Strong dentistry skills including charting, radiographs, prophy, polish, and extractions
Familiarity with Cornerstone & VetSnap software and Fear Free patient handling is a plus!
