As we continue to expand our services—including our recent additions of advanced aesthetics and massage therapy—we are looking for a motivated and dependable Associate Chiropractor. What You’ll Be Doing
- Patient Evaluations: Conduct thorough new patient assessments and physical exams to create effective, individualized care plans.
- Adjusting & Treatment: Provide high-quality hands-on chiropractic adjustments and supportive therapies with an emphasis on patient comfort and clinical efficiency.
- Diagnostics: Review and integrate imaging findings (X-rays/MRI) into comprehensive patient care strategies.
- Charting & Compliance: Complete detailed and timely SOAP notes while maintaining accurate patient records within our EHR system.
- Insurance & Coding: Apply proper ICD-10 coding and demonstrate an understanding of medical necessity to support clean billing and reimbursements.
- Patient Communication: Educate patients on their specific care plans and the benefits of our integrated wellness services to improve engagement and retention.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensure: Active California Doctor of Chiropractic license (in good standing).
- Clinical Skill: Experience in a clinical setting with the ability to manage a steady, fast-paced patient volume.
- Diagnostics: Strong skills in patient exams, musculoskeletal assessments, and care plan development.
- Professionalism: Professional liability insurance (or the ability to obtain it) and a team-oriented mindset.
- Operational Awareness: A solid understanding of clinic workflow, from the front desk experience to insurance billing processes.
