• Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Have the knowledge to sell appliances our store offers.
• Complete work orders, return customer calls, and answer customer questions.
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

• Minimum two years sales experience.
• Appliance sale experience preferably.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills  
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
