Role: Project Manager or Engineer - Civil/Site
Salary: $100K - $150K, depending on experience
Location: Hooksett, NH
Duration: Permanent/ Direct Hire

What you’ll do:
- Lead complete site design efforts, including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management, delivering fully stamped plans and reports
- Navigate New Hampshire permitting processes (AoT, water/sewer, and local approvals) with confidence
- Collaborate closely with vendors and internal teams to solve design challenges and drive value engineering solutions
- Stay involved through construction—providing site oversight, CA review, and field inspections to ensure successful execution

What you bring:
- Active New Hampshire PE license and local project experience preferred
- Proven success delivering commercial site designs and securing NH-based permits (including AoT and stormwater)
