Salary: $100K - $130K bonus

Step into a high-impact role leading complex building enclosure projects across the region. This position blends technical expertise, client engagement, and team leadership—ideal for an engineer or architect passionate about diagnosing, designing, and restoring the built environment.

You’ll take ownership of diverse projects ranging from condition assessments to full-scale enclosure evaluations and restoration design, working across systems such as façades, roofing, waterproofing, and below-grade assemblies. From investigation through construction administration, you’ll drive solutions that enhance building performance and longevity.

This role offers the opportunity to:

• Lead and grow a building enclosure practice while mentoring and developing technical teams
• Solve complex challenges through hands-on investigation, testing (destructive & non-destructive), and innovative repair strategies
• Influence projects end-to-end—from scoping and proposals through design, reporting, and construction oversight

We’re seeking a technically strong and entrepreneurial professional with a background in Building Science, Engineering, or Architecture and experience in enclosure consulting, commissioning (BECx), or façade/roofing/waterproofing systems.

Professional certifications (RRC, RWC, RBEC, BECxP, LEED AP) or licensure (PE/RA) are highly valued—or supported if you’re on the path to obtaining them.
