Position SummaryThe Technical Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing engineering and IT candidates for federal and intelligence programs. This is a high-activity role where success comes from strong communication, consistency, and the ability to build relationships quickly.This role is great for recent college grads or early-career professionals who are hungry, curious, and excited to learn how national security recruiting works. Key ResponsibilitiesMake daily outbound calls to engage software engineers, developers, cyber professionals, DevOps engineers, systems engineers, and other technical candidates.Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.Write and post job descriptions, send outreach messages, and maintain candidate pipelines.Develop a strong understanding of customer programs, required skill sets, and clearance requirements (training provided).Keep detailed notes and update candidate progress in our ATS.Work closely with sales and program management teams to understand priorities and upcoming needs.Maintain a consistent weekly rhythm of submittals, interviews, and candidate conversations.Build long-term relationships with cleared and uncleared engineering talent. Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
