Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Flower Mound, TX, for an Orthotics Sales Specialist. The role involves providing personalized customer consultations to identify their foot health needs, recommending custom orthotics and specialized footwear, and educating customers on products to enhance foot comfort and mobility. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate product knowledge, supporting inventory management, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and customer retention.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and provide tailored recommendations.
• Sales expertise with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Knowledge of custom orthotics and health-related footwear, or a willingness and ability to quickly learn about industry-specific products.
• Detail-oriented with skills in inventory management and organization to ensure the showroom is effectively maintained.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and a customer-first mindset to address client needs effectively.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with sales software or customer relationship management systems.
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a retail environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in orthotics or biomechanics is a plus.
