We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist - Billing and Claims person to join our team in Twinsburg. Responsibilities
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle medical billing and coding tasks accurately.
- Verify insurance information and process claims.
- Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the front desk operations.
- Provide excellent patient service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate documentation.
- Support administrative tasks as needed to enhance clinic efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of medical billing, CPT coding, and ICD-10 coding.
- Familiarity with EMR (AthenaNet) systems and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
The position is PRN to start, with growth into a permanent schedule.
