US Foot & Ankle Specialists is hiring a Clinical Manager to oversee our outpatient clinics across multiple locations. This leadership role is perfect for someone with strong medical office management experience who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
Clinical Manager Required Responsibilities
- Manage clinical teams of 15–20 staff (hiring, training, and performance reviews)
- Oversee scheduling, accountability, and staff development
- Ensure compliance with EMR, HIPAA, insurance, billing, and MIPS standards
- Create and update workflows and training protocols for efficiency
- Partner with physicians to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Provide leadership across locations and step in to support clinic operations when needed
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- 4 years medical office management (multi-site preferred)
- 4 years of managing a team
- Strong background in insurance, billing, and EMR systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
