Job Overview
Foor Concrete Company Inc. is seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Concrete Project Manager to join our growing leadership team. As a key member of our Project Management division, you will oversee planning, coordination, and execution of concrete construction projects, with a focus on delivering safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate brings deep field knowledge, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset to bridge communication between field crews and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple concrete construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and scopes in coordination with field teams and management.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure deadlines and specifications are met.
  • Visit job sites regularly to assess progress, resolve challenges, and communicate with crews.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, project drawings, and technical documents.
  • Assist with estimating, takeoffs, and material procurement as needed.
  • Use project management tools (Procore, Blue Beam, AutoDesk, etc.) for documentation and reporting.
  • Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to company procedures.
  • Maintain consistent communication between foremen, office personnel, and senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete construction; 2 years in a supervisory or coordination role.
  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of concrete practices, including P.T. (Post Tension) Podium Decks.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints, managing schedules, and project documentation.
  • Comfortable working with both field crews and senior management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (Procore, Blue Beam, AutoDesk).
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • OSHA 10 and ACI certifications required.
  • Fluency in Spanish a plus

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as needed
