- Lead staff and teams, setting clear expectations and holding them accountable.
- BUILD SALES AND PROFITS BY EXECUTING EFFECTIVE SALES STRATEGIES.
- Maintain highest product quality, plan-o-gram adherence, and weekly sales plan execution.
- Provide merchandising direction and standards for the company.
- Ensure profit and loss responsibility, including shrink and related cost controls.
- Train all store Bakery department associates.
- Monitor competition and provide feedback to senior management.
- Maintain excellent store sanitation, health, and safety standards.
- Operate equipment in good working order.
- Adhere to Local, State, and Federal regulations regarding Bakery Operations.
- Bakery Manager experience is considered an asset.
- R&D experience is also desirable.
- Strong communication and people skills are essential.
- Able to manage a large team with integrity and respect.
- Sales builder and profit-oriented mindset.
- Experience managing budgets and understanding of shrink and cost control.
- Proficient English language skills.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Tolerance for varying temperatures and exposure to products, spices, and cleaning agents.
