Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Finance to lead our financial operations and planning. This executive role will be instrumental in driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic growth initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and tax compliance.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making.
• Partner with operations and sales to improve cost efficiency and margin performance.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and corporate policies.
• Prepare and present financial reports to executive leadership and Duravant corporate.
• Manage external relationships with auditors, banks, and regulatory agencies.
• Mentor and develop the finance team.
• Act as a proactive business partner to Sales and Aftermarket teams, providing financial guidance and actionable insights to drive revenue growth, enhance customer solutions, and support post-sale service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial equipment sectors.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and ERP systems.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a private equity-backed or multi-entity corporate structure.
• Familiarity with the poultry processing or food equipment industry.
• Demonstrated success in financial transformation and operational excellence.
