Eleven in Foodland Farms Ala Moana is looking for Barbacks to join our team. We are seeking high energy, creative professionals who have bar experience and are passionate about creating a welcoming place for guests to enjoy high quality food & beverages.

Barbacks must have excellent customer service, be able to work and communicate well with others, follow directions and department/company standard operating procedures. Barbacks assist bartenders and bar manager by keeping the bar areas neat, clean, stocked, and organized. They interact with guests, anticipate their food & beverage needs, and must also ensure that safety and sanitation guidelines are followed. Barbacks must be able to maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance, observe company dress code. Bar staff must also abide by all company policies, house rules and guiding principles; support the company culture, values, goals and mission; and maintain a positive attitude toward the work and company.
Qualifications:
- High school education or equivalent combination of education and experience
- previous bar experience preferred
- experience working in a high-volume food service establishment preferred
- Must have TB Clearance
