We are in an exciting period of rapid growth in the U.S., and we’re looking for a Regional Account Manager based in the Boston area to help us expand and support our restaurant partners. What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow relationships with restaurant and takeaway clients in your region.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, handling day-to-day client needs, escalations, and requests.
- Cross-sell and upsell Foodhub products, including EPOS systems, to maximize client value and business performance.
- Proactively engage with customers to introduce new features, services, or marketing channels that can help grow their business.
- Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with clients, including weekly market development calls.
- Analyze client requirements and recommend solutions to increase revenue and customer acquisition.
- Partner with marketing to plan and execute co-promotional campaigns, local events, and B2C activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Track and maintain accurate client relationship records in CRM tools.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through outstanding service and follow-up.
- Perform product testing and quality control checks before shipment.
- Maintain inventory records and support stock management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–5 years of account management, client services, or business development experience (preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or technology sectors).
- Hands-on experience with EPOS systems (must-have).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and service targets.
- Comfortable handling high volumes of client interactions, both in person and over the phone.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices.
- Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
