What we are looking for
Were searching for a Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of technical expertise, customer partnership, and handson leadership. As part of our newly unified Foodera Technologies team, youll help shape the future of foodprocessing solutions by guiding complex projects from initial concept through successful completion.
Youll be a key driver of project outcomes. That means owning project planning and execution, building strong and lasting customer relationships, and ensuring every deliverable reflects the high standards our companies are known for. Youll collaborate closely with engineering, fabrication, manufacturing, and field teams while also having the autonomy to make decisions, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward.
Job Responsibilities
- Schedule projects and resources while ensuring progression and completion on time
- Track and manage project budgets
- Enhance the culture of action, accountability, accomplishment, and communication within the team
- Create project plans, schedules, budgets, scopes, and requirements
- Work with other teams and departments to ensure project accuracy, profitability, progression and completion
- Manage subcontractors through consistent communication, planning, expectation and execution
- Promote teamwork and lead by example
- Manage status reporting to key stakeholders
- Work hand in hand with Engineering, Production, Accounting, Installation, and management teams effectively
- Travel with the project as needed (20-50% travel sometimes required)
Desired Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree from an accredited University in construction management or mechanical engineering or equivalent work experience
- (3-5 ) years of project management experience preferred
