The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for employees, customers, vendors, drivers, and visitors at Food With Care (FWC). This position is responsible for providing professional front-desk support, managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist visitors, employees, vendors, and delivery personnel in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with facility access and security procedures.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
Assist with scheduling meetings, conference rooms, and office resources.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate replenishment requests.
Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and document management.
Support employee onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork and materials.
Maintain organized and professional reception and common areas.
Assist with employee communications and distribution of company notices.
Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum one (1) year of receptionist, administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
