We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Producer to join our team. Duties
- Plan and execute events from start to finish, including logistics, budgeting, and vendor management.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors such as caterers, venues, and entertainment providers to secure the best terms.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for events to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Manage event budgets effectively, ensuring all expenses are tracked and reported accurately.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the event planning process and on-site execution.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure all aspects of the event are aligned with client expectations.
- Upsell additional services or products to clients when appropriate to enhance their event experience.
- Oversee guest services during events, ensuring a high level of satisfaction among attendees.
- Collaborate with fundraising teams for charity events, ensuring goals are met through effective planning and execution.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in event planning or production is essential; banquet experience is a plus.
- Strong background in hospitality or restaurant management is preferred.
- Familiarity with event marketing strategies and techniques is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with vendors and clients alike.
- Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
