Substitute Food Service Worker
Hamilton Community Schools is accepting applications for anyone interested in becoming a substitute Food Service Worker to serve the District's Food Service as the need arises. PAY RATE: $14.24/hour
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Washing/preparing fruit and vegetables for service.
- Preparing, and plating food for our serving lines including breakfast
- Operating a cash register including daily cash out.
- Complete clean-up of serving line and lunch tables when serving is complete.
- General help in end-of-day clean-up, including dishwashing, sweeping and
mopping of floors.

- 18 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to relate well with students, staff, and others in a positive manner

- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to handle more than one task at a time

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Regularly required to stand, walk, talk, hear, operate a computer, reach with hands and arms, and must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
