Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the entire construction process for adherence to plans and specifications
- Plan and coordinate the construction schedule, budget, and resources
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to see that the project runs seamlessly
- Develop and implement effective construction strategies, including safety protocols, quality control, and project tracking
- Track project progress and report on status to management and clients
- Conduct inspections to review compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
- Train and manage onsite construction teams so they meet project expectations
- 5 years of experience in construction management and supervision
- Experience with industrial projects a plus
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and building codes
- Willingness to travel frequently, up to 80% of the time, including living on-site.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize assignments efficiently
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
