What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender - TakoSushi position at Food People Restaurant Group?
TakoSushi is seeking experienced bartenders to join our location in Lexington, SC!
Responsibilities:
- Provide menu knowledge and suggest drink options to guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Comply with all alcohol service laws and regulations to ensure responsible alcohol consumption.
- Practice safe alcohol service by monitoring guest alcohol consumption and intervene when necessary to ensure their safety.
- Engage with guests, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere at the bar.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean and adequately stocked bar area.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service practices and compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to exceed customer expectations.
- Strong multitasking skills to handle a fast-paced bar environment.
- Demonstrates a positive and cooperative attitude towards teamwork.
- Proficiency in mixing cocktails and creating visually appealing drink presentations.
- Flexible availability to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Meets the legal age requirement for serving alcohol.
