We’re hiring a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations and drive efficiency across shipping, receiving, and distribution. This role oversees a team and ensures a safe, productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead 15–30 warehouse employees
- Oversee daily shipping, receiving, and material handling
- Resolve workflow issues and improve processes
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Maintain production and time records
- Enforce safety, GMP, and HACCP standards
- Ensure quality, productivity, and cost goals are met
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of warehouse or supervisory experience
- Experience working in a high speed manufacturing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with forklifts or material handling equipment preferred
Compensation/Benefits
- We offer a salary of $83,000 to $110,000
