We are recruiting for a Technical Sales Representative for a growing Cleveland, OH manufacturer. This is a newly created, full-time onsite role. Candidates must be local or within reasonable commuting distance. This is not a remote position. MUST have MANUFACTURING experience

Responsibilities

Develop quotes, proposals, and pricing based on customer needs

Identify new business opportunities through outbound sales and prospecting

Build relationships with new and existing industrial customers

Maintain an active pipeline of qualified prospects and accounts

Speak with decision-makers about product capabilities and solutions

Coordinate with production and internal teams to support customer requirements

Track sales activity, follow-ups, and customer information in CRM or ERP systems

Support sales reports, presentations, and business development projects

Work closely with internal team members to help drive growth
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required

Sales, account management, or business development experience

Manufacturing experience or experience selling tangible technical products

Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn manufactured products

Experience with outbound sales, prospecting, or technical account management

Ability to read blueprints and work with basic measurements and math

CRM experience required; ERP experience helpful

Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills

Team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently

Must be willing to work onsite in Cleveland, OH
