We are recruiting for a Sales Operations Manager to lead sales support, customer support, order management, and sales operations functions for a growing technical products organization. This is an onsite role based in Richfield, OH, with close collaboration across Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing, IT, and executive leadership.
Responsibilities

Lead and develop Sales Support, Customer Support, Order Management, and related operations teams

Manage daily workflow, team coverage, reporting priorities, and department performance expectations

Track KPIs, call center activity, sales support metrics, and operational performance data

Oversee business systems including CPQ, CRM, customer support, and sales operations tools

Partner with Finance on revenue forecasts, expense planning, sales compensation, and quarterly reporting

Review order processing exceptions, sales compensation plans, and approval requests

Support sales reporting, monthly estimates, forecasting, and business review preparation

Improve processes through continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and better use of systems

Manage third-party vendor agreements, renewals, and operational software relationships

Participate in sales meetings, OEM events, vendor shows, and business planning discussions
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered

Leadership experience in sales operations, customer support, order management, or business operations

Experience with Oracle CPQ or another configure-price-quote platform preferred

Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word

Background working with CRM, reporting, forecasting, and customer support systems

Strong planning, communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills

Comfortable working across departments to improve processes, resolve issues, and support growth
