Oversee quality assurance and food safety processes in a high-volume beverage manufacturing environment. This role ensures compliance, supports production teams, and drives continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QA/QC processes and ensure regulatory compliance
- Conduct audits, inspections, and product testing
- Investigate quality issues and customer complaints
- Manage hold/rework processes and documentation
- Train staff on QA standards and food safety practices
- Partner with production to improve quality and efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Food Science, Chemistry, Agriculture, or related field
- 5 years QA experience in food manufacturing (leadership preferred)
- HACCP/PCQI required; BPC preferred or ability to obtain
- Strong knowledge of food safety, audits, and quality systems
