Full Time W2 position for Medical Director/Clinical Psychiatrist OR staff psychiatrist. On-site service only; Mon-Fri work schedule with participation in call rotation of 1 weekend per month for staff psychiatrist (no call requirement for Medical Director). Child & Adolescent Caseload of 16 per day; In-Patient setting. I/P duties are new admissions, follow-ups, med checks, discharges, treatment team participation, supervision of APRNs. Compensation in line with MGMA; base salary production bonus potential; signing bonus negotiable; medical director stipend if applicable; medical education loan repayment assistance if needed (no PSLF), Relocation allowance if moving, CME, PTO Full benefits package including paid malpractice insurance. Extra monthly compensation for supervision of APRNs. NO VISA Candidates or 2027 Residents will be accepted from firms
