We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex municipal drinking water projects including treatment facilities, pump stations, and storage tanks. This role involves full project lifecycle management—planning, design, permitting, construction, and startup—and direct collaboration with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders. You’ll help shape project strategy, guide engineering staff, and grow client relationships throughout Colorado and the western U.S.
Responsibilities:

Manage scope, budget, schedule, quality, and team coordination for multiple active water projects

Serve as the primary client contact and maintain strong, long-term relationships

Mentor junior staff and support team development

Coordinate with civil, electrical, process, and structural disciplines

Contribute to business development, proposal writing, and strategic pursuits

Oversee contracts, change orders, and construction-related activities

Participate in industry events and represent the company in the water/wastewater market
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

7 years of relevant experience, including 3 years managing projects

Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills

Experience with municipal clients and infrastructure projects preferred

PE license preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools

Prior consulting or design-build experience is a plus

Ability to travel for site visits and client meetings (approx. 10–20%)
