Our client needs an Operations Manager for its Investment Casting operation. This is a new role being created with the intent of promoting this person to the role of General Manager (Plant Manager) in a few years. This is an excellent, growing company and they need someone with a growth mindset. They produce parts primarily for the aerospace and defense industries. ● BS in Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials Science, or Equivalent Experience preferred. What is paramount in this role is excellent experience leading a team of professionals in an investment casting operation.
