Note: This role requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on eDiscovery experience, including prior supervisory or team leadership experience. Candidates without direct eDiscovery experience or management background will not be considered.

About Us

We are a confidential employer — a full-service law firm with deep roots in New England and a track record of delivering practical, forward-thinking legal counsel to businesses and individuals across a wide range of practice areas. Our team of 75 attorneys brings expertise, collaboration, and a genuine commitment to both our clients and our communities. We take our culture seriously: we've earned recognition as a top workplace, and we back that up with strong benefits, real flexibility, and a team that supports each other.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Champion the firm's litigation support function — leading strategy, process development, and the day-to-day execution of eDiscovery operations from end to end
  • Partner closely with the litigation practice group, outside counsel, and third-party vendors to deliver efficient, accurate document review and production on complex, high-stakes matters
  • Design, administer, implement, and maintain the firm's litigation software environment, ensuring systems are current, reliable, and performing at their best
  • Manage large-scale, document-intensive litigation projects — coordinating timelines, supervising document review teams, and keeping everything on track
  • Serve as the firm's subject matter expert on state and federal eDiscovery rules, providing guidance in court proceedings when needed
  • Confirm accuracy of documents and exhibits in preparation for trial — your attention to detail directly supports case outcomes
  • Deliver training to attorneys, paralegals, and staff on eDiscovery software and project management best practices
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes — and bring that knowledge back to the team
  • Oversee special projects, manage the litigation technology budget, and ensure all milestones and goals are met

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5 years of eDiscovery experience with strong working knowledge of state and federal court rules related to electronic discovery
  • Prior supervisory or team leadership experience required
  • Proficiency with Reveal, Relativity, or comparable document review/litigation software platforms
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple complex matters simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills — comfortable presenting to and interfacing with clients, attorneys, and outside counsel
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and develop solutions quickly in a fast-paced litigation environment
  • High ethical standards and strong professional judgment
  • eDiscovery certifications (e.g., ACEDS) preferred but not required

Why You Will Love Working Here

  • A firm where your eDiscovery expertise is valued at the leadership level — you're not a support function, you're a strategic partner

  • Strong compensation benchmarked to market, with a benefits package that includes health, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time, paid leave, and 12 paid holidays
  • A collaborative culture where mentorship is genuine and your career trajectory is something people invest in
