Confidential search for an experienced Home Health Sales Executive / Account Executive for the Denver, Colorado market.

This role focuses on growing home health referrals through hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, case managers, nurses, senior care providers, community resources, and other healthcare referral partners.

The right candidate will have current and proven home health sales experience and will be a strong relationship-builder who understands that home health growth is driven by trust, responsiveness, follow-through, clinical coordination, and consistent visibility in the market.

The Home Health Sales Executive / Account Executive will be responsible for developing and strengthening referral relationships throughout the assigned market.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years current home health sales experience highly preferred.

• Hospice, post-acute, senior care, hospital liaison, physician relations, or healthcare account management experience may also be considered.

Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
