We’re recruiting on behalf of a publicly traded banking organization for a senior-level Treasury and Finance leader. Relocation support is available, making this a strong opportunity for candidates open to moving to the Baton Rouge area.
This role will take ownership of balance sheet performance, liquidity planning, capital strategy, and financial oversight, while working closely with executive leadership on key financial decisions and long-term direction.
What You’ll Do

Lead liquidity planning and cash management to support daily operations and future growth

Oversee capital structure and funding strategy, including deposits and external funding sources

Manage interest rate exposure and overall balance sheet risk

Direct investment portfolio strategy, execution, and performance monitoring

Oversee hedging strategies to reduce exposure to market fluctuations

Support financial reporting, planning, and external disclosures

Partner with leadership on investor-related initiatives and presentations

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, audits, and internal controls

Prepare and present materials for ALCO and senior leadership discussions

Lead and develop a small team while remaining hands-on in key areas
What You’ll Bring

Formal education in finance, accounting, or similar field

Advanced certifications such as MBA or CPA considered a strong plus

Demonstrated leadership of treasury and finance functions within complex or regulated organizations

Experience with ALM, liquidity planning, and capital management

Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills with comfort interacting with executive leadership
