Key Responsibilities:
- Lead labor forecasting and staffing optimization to ensure efficient workforce management.
- Drive initiatives focused on improving nursing workflows and operational excellence.
- Utilize technology and labor management tools to enhance operational efficiency and reduce inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with nursing leadership and hospital administration to implement strategic initiatives.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for performance improvement and ensure compliance with healthcare quality standards.
Schedule:
This position requires a commitment to a 40-hour workweek with typical hours being 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Qualifications:
- RN licensure with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven leadership experience in hospital nursing operations.
- Strong background in staffing systems and workforce management.
- Excellent analytical skills and a solid understanding of healthcare quality and regulatory standards.
Compensation:
The salary for this role is competitive, ranging from approximately $156,000 to $194,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
