Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies aligned to your clients’ business outcomes and long-term transformation goals.
  • Oversee successful delivery across a global, integrated delivery model, partnering closely with project and program leadership.
  • Serve as a senior advisor to client executives, guiding business and technology transformation initiatives, product roadmaps, and digital strategies.
  • Shape solutions and scope, including pricing, engagement models, operating structures, and resource plans, and ensure a smooth transition from pursuit to delivery.
  • Own revenue performance and profitability for a portfolio of manufacturing accounts, while expanding wallet share and cross-selling end‑to‑end services.
  • Lead sales activities across the account lifecycle, including qualification, RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, presentations, and deal closure with new and existing clients.


 

Qualifications

Candidate profile

  • Highly experienced in cultivating and growing executive-level client relationships and leading cross-functional teams delivering complex, end-to-end solutions within a consulting or services environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to champion large-scale transformation initiatives (e.g., digital transformation, organizational change) and articulate a compelling long-term vision for enterprise customers.
  • Deep knowledge of the manufacturing domain, with a track record of applying modern technology solutions across areas such as supply chain, industrial automation, energy management, and related operations.
  • Proven success managing P&L for major accounts, driving proactive pipeline growth, and orchestrating responses to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Background in information technology and engineering services, with hands-on experience working directly with business leaders and global, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong focus on strategy, consulting, and team leadership, consistently driving successful outcomes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
