What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banking & Finance Associate Attorney position at Food Management Search?
- Represent and advise lenders and borrowers in a broad range of financing transactions
- Structure, negotiate, document, and close domestic and international transactions (syndicated and bilateral; secured and unsecured)
- Draft and negotiate credit agreements, reimbursement agreements, security agreements, intercreditor agreements, participation agreements, receivables purchase agreements, and related ancillary documents
- Analyze relevant issues under the UCC (including Articles 9, 5, 8, and 12) and the Bankruptcy Code
Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate in Law from an ABA-accredited law school.
- 4 years of experience within a private practice law firm setting (or seconded to a bank or financial insitution).
- Ability to handle a caseload of 10 matters at a given time with stringent efficiency and attention.
