Associate Litigation Attorney

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established litigation firm in the Denver Tech Center that is known for delivering strong client outcomes while maintaining a collaborative, team-driven culture. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to deepen their litigation experience across a variety of complex matters.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a caseload involving insurance defense, construction disputes, and commercial litigation matters

• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and proceedings across state and federal courts

• Prepare and argue motions, pleadings, and other legal filings

• Evaluate claims and provide strategic recommendations during pre-litigation phases

• Conduct legal research and develop clear, well-supported written analysis

• Partner with internal teams and clients to drive case strategy and outcomes

What You’ll Bring

• Active Colorado bar admission required

• Background in litigation within insurance, construction, or commercial environments

• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical capabilities

• Ability to handle multiple matters in a fast-paced setting

• Comfort working with legal systems and case management tools

• Formal legal education (J.D. from an accredited law school preferred)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary ranging from $130,000 to $185,000
