What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Chef position at Food Made Fresh?
Who we are:
Food Made Fresh is a healthy meal delivery company located in Carlsbad. We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate team member to provide dedicated Part-Time help to grow with us!
We provide our clients with rotating menus, focusing on real food, from scratch ingredients -- locally sourced and organic whenever possible.

Availability:
Needed Friday & Sunday: between the hours of 8AM -2 or 3p
Responsibilites:
- Preparing ingredients, understanding and executing recipes
- Plating/packing meals (breakfast, salads, soups, entrees).
- Delegate tasks to kitchen staff
- We all work as a team, from start to finish. Dishwashing and some cleaning required, as well.
Requirements:

- Some heavy lifting - must be able to lift 50 lb boxes.
- desire to prepare and cook healthy, nutritious food is a big plus.
- Commitment to working weekends is needed, for approx 8-12 **hours a week (currently looking for support on Friday & Sunday).**hours can range between 8am and 3pm, but shifts are usually 4-6 hrs in length.
- Candidates must be friendly, organized, team oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
