Role Description
The Deli Bakery HMS Manager oversees daily operations within the deli and bakery departments. This on-site, full-time role in Kill Devil Hills, NC, involves ensuring high-quality bakery and deli products, maintaining inventory levels, supervising team members, and upholding outstanding customer service. The manager will also develop staff, manage food preparation workflows, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards to maintain department excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Bakery and Baking processes
- Experience in Food Preparation, particularly in Cookies and Bread production
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to ensure adherence to food safety standards and practices
- Experience with inventory management and ordering processes
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Previous management experience in a retail or food service environment is a plus
