Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role based in Chester, SC. The Assistant Manager will report directly to the Store Manager and will oversee daily store center store operations, assist in supervising staff, and ensure the delivery of excellent customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, assisting in budgeting and scheduling, implementing company policies, and supporting the delivery of sales goals. The role requires collaboration with other team members and providing leadership to create a positive shopping experience for customers.
