Production Admin Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY:
Be a key contributor of the Food Gurus / digiVortex Operations team, where you’ll support all aspects of the companies and our clients growth, lead day to day workflow, quality control and all client/agency work in progress.
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily project management including assigning, archiving, and moving projects through the agency
- Trafficking of assets to clients and networks as needed
- Set timelines, due dates and workflow of all tasks
- Regularly communicating with client service and management on work in progress
- Communicate with clients on status of projects, concerns and help manage expectations
- Perform quality control on all projects throughout development
- Serve as point of contact for teams
- Delegate tasks on projects
- Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to move projects forward
- Plan resources
- Gather requirements, assets and deliverable from teams for input into project management software
- Work closely with accounting to track monthly project expenditures and productivity
- Support the Operations Director with office management needs, including supplies, administrative tasks, and petty cash management

REQUIREMENTS:
- BA graduate
- Experience 2–3 years in project management and marketing. Project management in an agency is preferred.
- Requires ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of design principles (colors, imagery, layout, etc.) a plus
- Basic accounting skills are a plus
- Familiarity with social media platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Understanding of cloud based file sharing applications (ie: WeTransfer).
- Proficiency with with project management softwares including Jira Management

Compensation: Starting at $45,000
