We are looking for a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent time management, and Fluency in English is a must. Job seekers should have 2-3 years of experience as a cashier.
Duties:
- Greet customers as they enter the store
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately
- Answer customer questions and provide information about products and services
- Assist customers with finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Technical sales experience preferred, including knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Fluency in English is a must
