Overall Responsibility

:The Legacy and Planned Giving Advisor is responsible for building and managing meaningful relationships with donors to secure planned and deferred charitable gifts that advance Food For The Poor's long-term mission and financial sustainability. Through strategic donor engagement, thoughtful stewardship, and consultative gift planning, the Advisor helps individuals create lasting philanthropic legacies while aligning their charitable goals with the organization's mission

Managing an assigned portfolio of donors and prospects, this role develops and executes individualized cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies, facilitates complex planned gift arrangements, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to integrate legacy giving into Food For The Poor's overall fundraising strategy. The Advisor serves as a trusted resource throughout the planned giving process, delivering exceptional donor service while contributing to the continued growth and success of the Legacy and Gift Planning progra

  • ience:Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in planned giving, major gifts, charitable estate planning, wealth management, financial services, or related philanthropic fundra

  • gifts.Experience working collaboratively with attorneys, accountants, financial planners, trust officers, and other professional adv
