Responsibilities

• Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and move inventory efficiently.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, ensuring accuracy in order picking and packing processes.
• Conduct regular stock counts, organize inventory storage areas, and maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
• Support inbound shipments by receiving goods, inspecting for damages or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall efficiency.

Skills

• Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in shipping & receiving, order fulfillment.
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities during stocking and order picking activities.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as load & unload operations, picking & packing orders, and maintaining safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members on order processing and shipment schedules.
