Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to established recipes and safety standards including cold, hot beverages.
- Operate POS systems to process orders, handle cash transactions, and manage sales efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by regularly cleaning workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with health regulations
- Assist with food safety protocols including proper food handling, storage, and waste management to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers
- Support team members with stocking supplies, and ensuring the restaurant remains organized and inviting
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure prompt service while maintaining high-quality standards
- Perform Daily operations during assigned shifts including parring and cleaning
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Assist owner / Manager with rollout of system wide promotional campaigns, limited time offers, training
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety practices including sanitation, proper food handling, and restaurant hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen environments within quick service or fast food restaurants will be a plus
- Food safety / Serv Safe certification will be a plus

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
