The Partner Dock Specialist is responsible for the smooth, safe, and welcoming operation of the Fresh Food Center (FFC) and Partner Pickup Dock. This role supports Hunger Relief Partners by accurately staging and loading orders, offering attentive and respectful customer service, and helping create an efficient distribution experience grounded in connection and collaboration.

This is a non-exempt, part-time position, working a standard Monday – Friday up to 29 hours a week, Tuesday through Thursday, 7:30 am – 3:30 pm and Friday, 7:30 am – 12:30 pm.

Primary Responsibilities
- Stage and load Partner orders with accuracy and care, including assisting with physical loading into a wide variety of vehicles
- Support Partner shopping by sorting, stocking, and maintaining the Fresh Food Center so it remains organized, clean, and welcoming
- Assist Volunteer Operations with staging products and supporting volunteer shifts as needed.
- Uphold all sanitation and safety standards required by Feeding America (FA), Food Bank of the Rockies (FBR), and American Institute of Baking (AIB), and communicate maintenance or safety needs promptly
- Contribute to a respectful, patient, and relationship-centered atmosphere, especially during busy or challenging times
- Collaborate closely with teammates to ensure fairness, consistency, and smooth daily workflow
- Commitment to fulfilling the Food Bank of the Rockies mission and positively representing the brand both internally and externally

- Using office equipment such as a computer, mouse, keyboard, printer
- Uses heavy equipment on a daily basis including forklift, stand-up/sit-down lift truck, step-up pallet jack, and automatic pallet jack
- Indoor warehouse environment, occasionally; outdoor work environment, frequently
- Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree a plus; or equivalent work-related experience.
- Forklift experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment
- Prior experience working with low-income communities preferred
