Responsibilities:

Developing, monitoring, implementing, and training of company policies and procedures

HACCP, GMP,

Works with vendors, equipment suppliers, outside agencies, and professional organizations.

Works with all departments to assure safe quality food.

Presides over various audits: Regulatory Federal, State, Third party, direct company audit/inspections.

Performs various office functions.

Qualification Skills:

Ability to oversee multiple shifts of approximately 60 employees in total.

Attention to detail in all aspects of food warehousing practices.

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks.

Organizational skills and leadership skills

Computer skills, Microsoft word / office, excel, outlook, excellent memory, professional attitude, good typing abilities, ability to speak and write professionally in English, Bilingual a plus, Spanish,

Requirements:

High school diploma required.

Certifications in HACCP, GMP, Food security, preferred.

7 years in a related position, experience in the food manufacturing environment preferred.
