Customer Service Clerk
Westborough, MA | Full-Time | Day Shift- Tuesday-Saturday 5:00AM-1:30PM
Salary: $21.00-$23.00 Commensurate with experience

What Youll Do
- Handle customer inquiries (phone & in-person)
- Process and adjust orders, including last-minute changes
- Address customer issues to maintain satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and perform high-volume data entry
- Check inventory and suggest alternative products as needed
- Coordinate timely delivery of orders
What Were Looking For
- 3 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication, organization, and math skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (WMS a plus)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Weekend availability required
