The Opportunity:
Fonville Morisey Barefoot is looking for a New Home Sales Manager to join our team in the Triangle. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record of driving sales success and will demonstrate a commitment to recruiting, training, managing, and retaining new home sales agents. As a Sales Manager at FMB, you will lead, manage, and motivate a dynamic team of new home sales associates ensuring they achieve their sales goals and objectives. Experience:
- Minimum five years’ experience in new homes sales/management
- Solid computer skills
- Ability to organize priorities and multi-task effectively
- Goal focused and results-driven
