Varsity Soccer Coach

Fontbonne | The Early College of Boston is looking for a Varsity Soccer Coach for the fall 2026 season. This position is responsible for coaching and providing direction and instruction to student-athletes so they can achieve a high level of skill and an appreciation for discipline, sportsmanship, and teamwork. The Coach will work under the supervision of the Athletic Director in accordance with Fontbonne’s core values. The responsibilities for this position include: ● Develop the Varsity Soccer team ● Coordinate all efforts for the varsity team, including developing daily practice plans, game management and game plans. ● Attend all practices, training, and games, and other duties as assigned by the athletic director ● Grow the program, team and individual players through player development. ● Build a positive, disciplined, and winning culture that will develop more interest in the sport. ● Promote and encourage sportsmanship and team values at all times ● Ensure that all athletic activities conform to MIAA guidelines ● Other duties as assigned Qualifications ● Prior coaching experience ● High school diploma or equivalent ● Have a valid driver’s license, be able to drive, and qualify under Fontbonne’s insurance carrier when driving a school vehicle Interested Candidates should send a cover letter and resume in PDF format to jobs@fontbonneboston.org and to the athletic director, Liana Tyler, at ltyler@fontbonneboston.org.
