Essential Duties And Responsibilities
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Clear tables promptly and efficiently for incoming guests, ensuring a clean and polished dining area including the floors, chairs, and surrounding areas
- Push food carts, carry heavy trays of product, stock product accurately, both in guest display areas and back of house areas as well as dispose of boxes and packaging
- Maintain proper levels of service ware and condiments at service stations throughout the venue(s)
- Responsible for the retrieval of dry goods, operating supplies, and food and beverage products from the various supporting areas including but not limited to warehouse, bakery, pastry, cake room, Garde manger, and other support kitchens
- Responsible for proper rotation of all supplies, and accurate labeling of perishable products in compliance with Southern Nevada Health District
- Responsible for maintaining a healthy and safe working environment
- Restock beverage coolers and dry goods as necessary throughout the day for all outlets.
- Ensure delivered dry goods and beverages are put away promptly such as cups, napkins, cutlery, plates, etc.
- Efficiently assist with running food orders from the venue to the guest
- Effectively communicate with management, chefs and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other employees
- Anticipate the guests’ needs and responding appropriately with a sense of urgency
- Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards

- Previous experience as a Bus Person or similar role in a restaurant or steakhouse is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail to ensure the restaurant's cleanliness and table setup adhere to standards
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift and carry heavy trays or bus tubs
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with the serving staff and provide attentive service to guests
- Positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to exceed guest expectations
- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, holidays, and weekends
- Work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
